The recipients of your personal data will be external companies providing support to the Controller on the basis of outsourced services, with which appropriate data processing agreements have been concluded (IT suppliers), as well as authorised employees and associates of the Data Controller.

 

Please note that your personal data will be processed under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) for the following purposes:

  • Data Controller service request execution and management pursuant to Article 6.1b of the GDPR (processing is necessary to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract);
  • Reply to a message sent via an online contact form pursuant to Article 6.1f of the GDPR (the Controller has a legitimate interest in contacting the Customer);
  • Direct phone contact in connection with the message sent upon a separate consent, i.e. Article 6.1a of the GDPR;

Your personal data shall be stored for the period necessary to respond to the message and, if necessary, for the duration of any further correspondence. The data retention period may be extended until any claims are overdue.

 

You are entitled to access and rectify your data, and to request erasure. Your also have the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing performed upon consent before its withdrawal.

Please note that you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, should you find your personal data to be processed unlawfully. The provision thereof is voluntary, but necessary to satisfy the above-mentioned purposes. Failure to provide data will make it impossible to satisfy the above-mentioned purposes. Your personal data will not be profiled. No automated decisions will be taken.
